We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and any personalised/custom-made items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
